Gerhard Thonhauser is a research associate in the Practical Philosophy group at TU Darmstadt. His research focuses on political phenomenology, social philosophy, the philosophy of emotions and social ontology. His current work centres on collective affects, situatedness and the phenomenological analysis of political experience.

Michaela Bstieler is a research associate in the Department of Philosophy at the University of St. Gallen. She works on political phenomenology, social philosophy and aesthetics. Her project “Figures of the Unhomely” examines the effects of uninhabitable spaces on modes of subjectivation and presents the resulting practices of counter-dwelling.
