Information
Political phenomenology has developed into a lively field of research in recent years and is now pursued internationally. It sees itself not as a completed endeavour, but as a “project in the making”. The Workshops in Political Phenomenology take this as their starting point and aim to provide a forum for philosophical work and discussion. They aim to bring together advanced master’s students and doctoral candidates working on theories and practices of political phenomenology, and to give political phenomenology itself a space in which it can be discussed, critically examined and systematically developed.
Workshop no. 2 focuses on texts from the volume Phänomenologie und Kritische Theorie edited by Alexis Gros, Jochen Dreher and Hartmut Rosa (Suhrkamp, 2026). The venue is the FernUniversität campus in Berlin.
